An introduction course to Olympic Weightlifting. All-levels are welcome to join this course. In this course, we will go over the two major movements (snatch, clean & jerk) and break them down into sets that will help you improve forms overtime.
Workout clothes and training shoes. Lifting shoes if you have them. Knees wraps and belts are optional.
