This is a Pilates Fusion class incorporating inspiration from Tai Chi movements as well as floor Pilates. It is low impact and suitable for all athletic levels.
Water, comfortable clothing, yoga mat (if you do not have one, there will be some available to borrow)
This event is located in the Yoga Room inside of City Rock climbing gym
